A ground-up rethinking of the disposable nursing pad for Speckheart. Existing solutions treated the category as an afterthought, bulky, uncomfortable, and derivative. The redesign examined construction, material performance, and wearability from first principles, with a single priority: making the experience meaningfully better for new mothers.
